Flash Developer
Mojave Interactive is looking for a Flash Developer to help build cutting-edge interactive marketing campaigns. You will develop interactive experiences in Flash using video, 3-D, user generated content and other advanced techniques. You will work closely with Art Directors and the Production team members to achieve creative and strategic goals.

Requirements:
- Deep understanding for Flash CS4, Including AS3
- Experience developing flash components
- Strong knowledge of 3rd party Flash extensions
- Ability to translate PSD designs into Flash
- Experience with PaperVision 3D
- Experience service and optimizing video through Flash
- Knowledge of XML/Flash integration
- Experience binding flash to external databases
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of rich media swf serving technologies such as Eyeblaster or PointRoll
- PHP/JS knowledge preferred
